What made you choose our company:

I needed some maintenance work performed and called another company that waterproofed our basement, Thay came and stated they could not replace the system that i currently have and stated I needed a new system, because parts were no longer available for the current system i have. I have 2 pits with the The TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System. The company was bought out by another company, they stated they had to install their own systems, I called quality 1st to see if they could do maintenance on the system, they have that same system that I was installed with the other company, They stated they service my area and made an appt. They came out to check my system, and I explained to them what I was told by the other company and just shook his head in disbelief. He then went on to explain what was needed for repairs and recommendations. I took him up on the repairs and other work needed. Their price was less than half of 2 sump pump repairs as opposed to 2x the cost on just on sump pump system from the other company. From the 1st call I made and explained my situation to the final solution and repair, this was a no brainer to me. They were all professional, courteous, and just wonderful to deal with, I want to thank everyone there. I don’t need anything else done at this time, but if i were to need something. they would continue to get my business. I would also highly recommend this company.
