Wilver Cardoza is a foreman who has his finger on the job. He is an excellent attribute to Quality 1st Basement. Wilver went above and beyond to make me happy, and all on his own without me to direct him with what I wanted. I explained to him once what I expected and he and his crew took care of it all, from install to takedown to clean up.

and for me the best part was I did not need to be there. I arrived when Wilver and his crew had finished. Wilver Cardoza then went back into the crawl space to show me on facetime what they had done. When the signal continued to cutout Wilver made a video of the entire crawlspace so I could see all the work that was done and if it was up to my expectations. IT WAS!! I am very happy and would reccomend Quality 1st and Wilver to anyone and everyone.
