Our Overall Service

Not serviceman fault, no mention that we just needed plugs on unit connected as they were left unplugged on service call in October. Not noted in his notes? He did just fine.

Did no record the problem we were having right.

Our Service Person

He was very good and very polite, took care of the problem right away. We asked if the plugs could in marked as to which one went to what, he explained that the only connected one way in case it happened again.
