Michael "Mike" Morales, a resident of Howell, NJ, joined Cowleys in September of 2023 as one of out Pest Control technicians, and he has been a valued asset to the company since day one! Michael has been in the Pest Control industry for over 7 years! He is a licensed Commercial Pesticide Applicator and, in addition to his Core certification, he holds several pest control category certifications such as 7A for general and household pest control, 8A for general public pest control, 8B for mosquito control, and Category 13 certification for school Integrated Pest Management.

In his spare time, Mike loves to watch and play football and unwind by playing video game. Without a doubt, his favorite activity is hanging out with his wife and son!

Several bedrooms were filled with clutter and mice droppings!
Apparently, the previous owner wasn't too keen on sanitation as almost ever area in the kitchen was loaded with grease and food debris. This lead to a hefty cockroach infestation!
There was a massive infestation of cockroaches roaming throughout the kitchen, and the poor sanitation was a major contribution to the problem!
There were a number of ways the mice were getting into the property. There were wide gaps around several utility pipes...
During our inspection we found multiple gaps around utility pipes, door frames, and basement windows around the home.
As we began inspecting the restaurant we found so many fruit flies flying around the kitchen, the bar, trash room, and sink room - and this was why.
In order to determine exactly how the mice were getting into the home, we inspected the inside and outside of the home. During our inspection, we found one of the ways the mice were getting in! There were wide gaps around a number of exterior utility lines and pipes.
Upon closer inspection, we found even more cockroaches inside the cracks of the outlets.
