Donyelle brings a positive attitude and welcoming energy to the Cowleys Appointment Center team. She originally joined Cowleys in November 2021 and returned again in 2025, continuing to provide clients with friendly and dependable service as an Appointment Center Representative.

For Donyelle, great customer service means making sure clients are happy while ensuring things are handled correctly and in a timely manner. She believes bringing positive energy into every interaction helps clients feel more comfortable and confident when working with Cowleys.

Outside of work, Donyelle enjoys going to concerts at the beach, exploring flea markets, and spending quality time with her family. She also has a creative side and enjoys hydro painting water bottles, something many people are surprised to learn about her. When she’s not out enjoying the shore, she’s usually spending time with her two dogs and cat — who she says make her happier than ever.

A perfect day off for Donyelle would be relaxing at the beach and watching the sun go down. Friends and family describe her as someone who stays true to herself and doesn’t let much get to her — “what you see is what you get.”
