Aztor joined the Cowleys Appointment Center team in March 2026 and brings a vibrant, creative, and positive energy to every client interaction. As an Appointment Center Representative, Aztor enjoys connecting with people, listening closely to their needs, and making sure each client feels supported and understood.

For Aztor, great customer service means truly listening to the customer and doing everything possible to understand and meet their needs. She believes empathy and attention to detail are key in creating a positive experience for every caller.

Outside of work, Aztor enjoys traveling and is always planning the next road trip—often at least once a month, even if just for a weekend getaway. She loves concerts and live sporting events, often spending much of her time and energy experiencing them in person. Aztor also enjoys hiking, running, surfing, and staying active outdoors. Music is a big part of her life as well, including writing songs and playing both the drums and guitar. She also has a creative side through painting.

At home, Aztor spends time with her dog, Lucky, who always brings a smile to her face. One of her more unique talents is crocheting baby blankets and hats, which she donates to local hospitals and charitable organizations—something many people are surprised to learn about her.

A perfect day off for Aztor would start early with surfing, followed by brunch, a hike with Lucky, and ending the day front row at a concert. Friends and family would describe her as dependable, honest, and kind.
