Cowley's just completed a comprehensive crawl space encapsulation--mold remediation, new insulation, ground liner, plus installation of two sump pumps and a dehumidifier. Dave is extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable; he and his experienced team did an excellent job in compleing all aspects of this work. Dave addressed all my questions and concerns, and he paid attention to every minute detail. I am happy to recommend them. I am even happier that I found them.
