What made you choose our company:

Actually I had already spent thousands on excavation and drainage line installation around the house and still had water intrusion into basement. Foolish me... I listened to charlatans. To be truthful, my call to Adirondack Basement was one of almost desperation. So far I am very pleased. Installation crew of Tim and Brandon were excellent: efficient and very neat! Water levels were dropping and we were all smiles! Then, amazingly 4 days after the installation, the highly rated, brand new Zoeller MP53 pump failed for an unknown reason and the high level alarm went off. We were able to prevent an overflow, and very soon your service tech ( Mike) arrived. No questions asked, he replaced the Zoeller pump. So, we are in hopes that pump failure was just a fluke, and we can recover the desired peace of mind that just might allow us to leave the house for a while without worrying every time the frequent Northeast NY rains come.
