THe unit was leaking profusly to the point it left significant water in my finished basement. I had already replaced the drainage tube prior to service but that did not resolve issue. I was aadvised that it was due for a service (I was never told of servicing needs) and ultimately the issue seems to be from inital install as placement of unit did not allow proper drainage so it backed up and leaked everywhere.

I beleive the problem is fixed. Remains to be seen. Should not have ocurred int he first place.
