Sales person gave us good ideas about how to correct water seeping into the basement in one corner. He explained it would be major job and expense to put in sump pump (we have none now). He did explain fully how the dehumidifier would help and how it would easily fit between our washer/dryer. We are happy with the dehumidifier especially that we dont have to fuss with it. It is all automatic.
