Being elderly, I experience a lot of anxiety hiring workers, home improvement companies, and repair men. From the first phone call I received to the last truck leaving, I had no worries. I felt secure that the work was being done correctly and intended to last. Matt (scheduler) was very patient with me over the phone. I did not understand how systems worked including my existing basement systems. He explained how french drains, sump pumps, and water filter discharges worked and their relationship to excess water. Never did he make me feel intimidated or lacking in intelligence. Chris, Todd, Matt, and others made it clear that I could call them anytime with questions or problems.
