Before and after we installed our waterproofing system with our CleanSpace Wall System, TripleSafe sump pump system, and our SaniDry dehumidifier. 

This homeowner was experiencing first floor rooms that had a "musty" smell in them. Upon inspection from our System Design Specialist, we discovered it was coming from the crawl space. We solved the problem by completing encapsulating the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier which prevents humidity and smells from finding their way into the main living space. We also added insulation to help make the rooms above the space more comfortable.

We installed new ThermalDry Flooring for this Wantagh basement laundry room. It is both functional and cosmetically pleasant for the basement. ThermalDry Flooring will hold back water vapor that usually passes through a cement basement floor and it is visually appealing.
