The customer called us in to remediate the mold in their basement as well as to waterproof the basement so it stays dry and healthy all the time. The basement had high humidity which contributed to the mold problem along with water entering the basement through the imperfect joint where the wall meets the floor. The mold was the cause of the musty smell in the basement, which was visible on the walls. More importantly it was an unhealthy environment to raise a family in.
In the end, we killed all the mold, installed our patented WaterGuard system along with a SuperSump pump system, and installed our patented SaniDry dehumidifier. Lastly, we installed our patented ZenWall Basement Paneling System which will keep vapor out and give a clean, finished look to the walls. The musty smell was instantly reduced, and a few days later was gone. The customer was extremely happy with the system installed, and the end results!
