This homeowner approached us with a distressing issue – their home was susceptible to water ingress during heavy rainstorms. After enduring multiple torrential downpours, they grew tired of the constant hassle and sought a lasting solution.

Recognizing the urgency, they engaged a handyman for emergency measures to prevent mold and other problems in the affected area. Upon meticulous assessment by our specialists, it was evident that an interior waterproofing system was essential. The objective was not only to maintain a consistently dry home but also to restore the homeowner's peace of mind.

Considering the specific foundation layout, our team concluded that implementing our advanced FlowGuard system was the optimal course of action. Focusing on the unfinished part of the basement where the slab wasn't flush with the footing, our approach involved a strategic installation of the FlowGuard system. To ensure effective water drainage and alignment, we incorporated a drainage mat along the wall's perimeter. Seamlessly integrating our system, we extended its functionality by connecting it to a gravity discharge line positioned at the basement's front.

This ingenious arrangement effectively diverts water away from the house, providing an added layer of protection. A meticulous finishing touch involved encasing our system with concrete and smoothing the grade of the gravity discharge line, ensuring both functionality and aesthetics. While initially skeptical about the project's disruptions during implementation, the homeowner's skepticism was replaced with profound satisfaction.

Our clients home was having an issue with their patio, specifically not sitting level against their foundation which caused an eyesore for them, as well a tripping hazard. We injected and raised their patio to sit level with the homes foundation with the help of PolyLevel. By doing so we were able to alleviate the eyesore from their home, as well the tripping issue they were having going in and out the door due to there being a difference in height. 

We were recommended to these homeowners by a contractor who identified a significant issue with their Monolithic foundation leading to water seepage. The seepage resulted in standing water during heavy rainstorms and spring melts, prompting the homeowners to address the problem before refinishing their basement.

The challenge was not only water penetration but also a bowing right wall due to the water-related pressure from the earth. Despite having received three other proposals, the homeowners chose us over a company that misunderstood the comprehensive scope of the necessary work. To tackle the water penetration, our first step involved creating a trench for a perforated pipe. Subsequently, we dug a basin for our SuperSump Plus, equipped with a 1/3 horsepower Zoeller pump. Grinding the walls allowed us to install CarbonArmor foundation reinforcement strips. We then set up piping in the trench, connecting it to the sump pump, reconcreted over it, and applied our DryTrak waterproofing system to the wall-floor joint.

The result? All the issues affecting their home have been successfully resolved. Thanks to our systems, the homeowners can now proceed with finishing their basement, providing them with both functional space and peace of mind.

We were contracted to work on this project due to our patented products, as well our quality of work. More importantly we were chosen to do the work because the town of Middletown knows that our proudcts will keep them dry. Our installation crew installed our patented FlowGuard and CleanSpace systems, in addition they ran perferated piping from the sump pump to the storm drain to rid the building of any and all water collection. 

These homeowners were transforming their old unused space into a living area for a family member that has severe health issues. They are transforming it to give their family member the ability to regain some control over their life, as well as independence. More importantly, they were transforming the space so that they did not have to worry about their family member. 

In order for the space to be converted into a livable area, we had to pour a new slab with rebar reinforcements, as well as implement our Smartjacks system in order to stop water from coming up through the floor due to hydrostatic pressure, as well to make the building structurally sound. 

Because these systems were implemented and they have been able to move their family member into the new space the entire home, as well the members in it have been able to have a sigh of relief.
