Under the conditions that we had that were not ideal they did an awesome job. While they were working they had water coming into the basement. I was amazed they got the job done in just two days!

Bill Star explained what he was doing very clearly. He showed me how to lubricate the small hoses into the dehumidifier and he intelligently discussed the procedure for further insulating the cellar. I will be following his recommendations this Spring!

It took 5 months to see if the job you did was done correct. There was a drought from May to October of 2005. The rain finally came with 19 inches in October and not a drop in my basement. Thanks again for an outstanding job!!
