Joel joins Frank’s Basement Systems with over 5 years of experience in sales and customer service and over 30 years in finance within the home-improvement industry. With his previous experience, he is familiar with multiple aspects of the home improvement sales process, including inspecting homes and consulting customers to find the best solutions for their homes.
With all of Joel’s professional experience, the team here at Frank’s Basement Systems recognized what an asset he would be and brought him on board. Joel brings a professional approach and attention to detail that is second to none! He enjoys helping homeowners understand how our products can have a positive, lasting impact on their homes.
Joel is a trusted member of the team at Frank’s Basement Systems who works to uphold the high standards, mission, values, and goals. He enjoys taking the time to meet with homeowners and work with them to solve their basement water, foundation, and crawl space issues so they can rest easy in their homes!
In his spare time, Joel coaches for a local lacrosse team and spends time in the kitchen cooking up new recipes for his wife and son to enjoy as a family!
