Great experience from beginning to end, the job that was sold to me was the job that was completed.
Ray was very informative and helped us understand the problem as well as the solution, we never felt pressured and felt confident that what Ray was selling was actually what we needed, we trusted him and he's a large part of why we chose Franks's to do the job.
Your installation crew was top notch, this is a dusty dirty job but they made sure everything was as clean as possible at the end. The foreman of the crew took the time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions. Also, I've worked on construction crews my whole life, the language and behavior is usually rough, your crew was the exception, our 3 children were home during most of the construction, the kids saw nothing and heard nothing other than a group of hardworking respectful guys, much appreciated!!!! The final product was as promised and the crew delivered on the high expectations set by Ray during the sales pitch. Again, top notch crew from top to bottom.
As stated above, this is a dirty dusty job, your crew did a great job of preventing the dust/dirt from spreading and then cleaning up after the job, we could not have asked for more from the cleanup process.
