What made you choose our company:
Bob was here to perform my annual sump pump cleaning. Your company installed the sump pump several years ago. Bob performed a far more involved cleaning than I have seen in the past by previous technicians. He removed the motor, and inspected all of the working parts of the pump as well as the alarm system. He also provided other types of advice regarding potential problems that could occur with the operation of the sump pump as well as with the discharge of the sump pump. HIs work and demeanor were both very professional.
