It has only been a few days since the project was finished but to date, I am extremely satisfied. I have to commend the installation crew. They were great! Now... we'll see if I ever have water in the basement again... that will tell the end of this story

Sales Process
My salesman was Kevin Giufre. He was very nice and helpful... not pushy and seemed to understand my apprehension for diving into such an expensive project. He was very responsive to questions and on the few occasions I called him, he responded immediately.
Our Installation Crew
They were very friendly and courteous. Were always there when they said they would be. Were very outgoing and provided me with information about the preparation and completion of the basement. Helped me put large items back into place. These guys were great. I was very impressed.
The Cleanup Process
They cleaned up to the very best of their ability. With all the water used to cement in the basement, it was impossible to leave the floor and stairs spotless. After the floor dried, my cleanup was minimal. They did the very best expected and maybe more.
