Each year since the installation of my sump pump and dehumidifier I have had nothing but excellent service from reminders for my annual maintenance, ease of making appointments to the professional and competent service technicians that you send out. This year I had the pleasure of having Bob Farnsworth as my service technician. He was courteous, personable and very knowledgeable. He was very thorough and informed me of options that I may want to consider (ie. Backup system) I am glad that he is part of your team. You have a company to be proud of.
