Christian was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and was very diligent about explaining everything in great detail to make sure we understood everything. He earned our trust very quickly because of his honest approach to answering our questions. Christian took a great deal of time to assess our problem and gave us what we believe was a practical and reasonable solution to our problem. We felt as if he were looking out for his own family in our every interaction. Although our issue did not require anything major at this time, we would not hesitate to call Frank's basement system if we were to encounter a problem in the future.
