The gentlemen who answered the phone is very helpful and polite. Always transferred me to the correct person who could answer my questions.

Andrew was very helpful with explaining the process and my options for the condition of my basement walls. I needed a structural engineer which he was able to supply recommendations at our first walk through. My husband was not present at initial visit and he came back to meet him and walk through the basement to discuss the electric, plumbing, and Structural I beams. I felt very comfortable with Andrew

The team always gave courteous calls to inform us when they were on their way. Sean and his crew were great. Very hard workers. Sean was always willing to answer all my questions and walked the basement with me or my husband at the end of the day and when the job was complete. Eli is great. Friendly and does excellent work. He told me to call with any issues or questions. Of course 10 minutes after he left I found a leak with my kitchen sink. I called the office and he called my right back. He came back the next day and worked with my husband to fix our leak. The electrician (Zach) I was not impressed with his work. I could tell he was in a hurry the wire is tight and not installed correctly. It is safe but I am not sure if he is an electrician by trade but he should take pride in his work.

Sean and his crew picked up everyday and never left a mess. The electric stuff that was removed was left on the work bench and we discarded.
