Michael Palmeri, whom I've never met except by phone, was wonderful to work with...very accommodating and willing to explain and answer questions.

Our Office Staff

The office staff members of Franks were also MOST helpful. (I was dealing from Cleveland, so did not meet them except by phone)

Sales Process

Micheal handled everything.

Our Installation Crew

I didn't see them, but the job passed the inspector, so I guess it was done right!

The Cleanup Process
