Frank's Basesment system has done multiple repairs for us ato both of our homes starting in 2009. We have always been pleased with the quality of their work. They do great work in a timely manner and leave the job site just as it was before they arrived. Ray is an incredible sales rep and follows the job from first quote through the very end of the job. Each person I encountered from Frank's were kind, courteous and respectful. There are few companies today that operate as incredible of an operation as Frank's. I highly recommend Frank's to anyone in need of their services.

Ray Smith is hands-down the best sales representative I have ever dealt with. He is thorough, knowledgeable and genuine. He followed through and reassured me throughout the process whenever I had questions or concerns.
