This Minoa, NY, homeowner was looking to be proactive about addressing their home's radon levels, so they reached out to Woodford Bros., Inc. for a free estimate on a radon mitigation system. 

Following a thorough inspection by our Design Specialist, we recommended one of our most effective and commonly installed radon mitigation systems. This solution works by depressurizing the soil beneath the home, preventing radon gas from entering the living space. The system then safely redirects the gas through a PVC pipe, which is connected to a high-performance fan installed at the top of the structure to ensure proper ventilation away from the home.

In Rochester, NY, a homeowner called us to address their sinking concrete steps, which were causing tripping hazards and water pooling problems. In the before photo, you can clearly see these safety and drainage concerns. We resolved the issue with our PolyLevel system, stabilizing and lifting the concrete slabs.
