This cottage in Friendsville, PA was being renovated.

We were brought in to spray foam a crawl space.  3 inches of closed cell foam were applied to the foundation walls.  Along with the other aspects of the project, our contribution will make this cottage on the lake much more comfortable.

After some cleanup and prep work, 3 inches of closed cell foam was sprayed to the foundation walls.  This will improve the comfort of the rooms above and reduce energy costs.

This home in Vestal, NY was previously insulated with fiberglass insulation. The homeowner was still uncomfortable so they wanted to upgrade the insulation for comfort as well as making room for storage in the attic as well. Without the fiberglass on the floor, the attic can now be used as conditioned storage space.

An uninsulated attic can make the entire home uncomfortable. This home in Vestal, NY had little to no insulation when we were brought in. We suggested to do the attic first as well as a whole list of improvements down the line to make this house more enjoyable and comfortable for the homeowners.
