This home in Binghamton, NY had severe ice damming issues.

We sprayed 3 inches of closed cell foam to the roof deck.  The ice damming issue has been solved and the snow melt on the roof is much more in line with expectations.

The owner of this two family home is Binghamton, NY was concerned about how it was in the summer and cold in the winter.

As part of a larger project, the foundation wall was sprayed with 2 inches of closed cell foam.  Along with the other aspects of the project, this helped to make the home more comfortable and more energy efficient for both the owner and his tenant.

In this case, the old fiberglass was removed from the attic.  It was then air sealed and we did an open blow of 14 inches of cellulose insulation on the attic flat.  The home is now more comfortable and energy efficient thanks to these measures.
