After air sealing, an open blow of 15 inches of cellulose insulation was done.  This will increase the comfort of the home and reduce the energy bills.

An application of 2 inches of closed cell spray foam was done on the foundation walls and the rim joist.  The home will now be more comfortable and energy efficient as a result.
