This Greene, NY homeowner wanted to increase their energy efficiency in the home. We did a lot to make this Cape Cod home more energy efficient. 

The home had an addition put on, and that addition lacked insulation in the attic space. We air sealed the attic before blowing in 14 inches of cellulose insulation, as well as dense packing the slopes in the attic space. The roof deck was also spray foamed with our Closed Cell spray foam, as well the the basement rim joist. 

To combat moisture in the basement, we also installed a SaniDry Sedona as well as our Basement to Beautiful panels. The small crawlspace was also addressed with our CleanSpace. 

Here is a home in Greene that we did Empower work for. Once we did our Home Comfort Evaluation, the homeowner learned that the fiberglass beneath their mobile home wasn't doing the job that it should be. 

The crew sprayed two inches of our closed cell spray foam to the underside of the mobile home to create a nice, tight seal that wouldn't allow the air to come up through the floors and give our homeowner cold floors in the winter.

The crawl space of this Greene, NY home had insulation that was falling down and no longer effective.

We removed the old insulation and sprayed 2 inches of closed cell foam up to the floor of the space.  The living area above is now more comfortable and energy efficient and it will last far into the future.
