This is a basement we were called into after the last contractor was not able to complete. We worked with the existing walls, refinished them and painted. We added a SaniDry XP to help reduce odors and prevent mold and we installed a floor designed to be in a basement.

This is a basement in Holmes, NY. This Home was Waterproofed then we finished with EverLast Unfinished Insulated Wall Panels.

THe homeowner used to be a professional painter while in college and wanted an option to match the colors that they had on some of the existing walls that were not finished.

We also installed the MillCreek flooring, (left protected till painting completed) The entire basement electric was brought up to current codes with new efficient electric heat.
