We replaced this customer rotted crawl space door with our CleanSpace EverLast door. Unlike traditional wood doors that can rot or warp, allowing unwanted elements to sneak it's way in, the EverLast provides the ultimate protection to ensure those elements stay outside and can never come inside. 

Herman contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about uneven floors at his home in Piney Green, NC.

We scheduled for one of our design specialists, Ben to go out and inspect the home. Upon the inspection, Ben met with Herman to go over what he proposed would be the best solution with the section of the main beam rotten, would be to have smart jacks, joist assist brackets, and a steel beam.

Our crew led by Pedro, went in and installed the Steel beam, Smart Jacks System and Joist Assist Brackets to stabilize the uneven floors.

Herman was pleased with the work that SEFR did to Protect his American Dream.

Kelvin contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because the crawl space of his home had falling insulation due to high moisture levels. We where able to help Kelvin by installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. The Crawl Space of the home had a lot of falling insulation and debris, we removed all of the debris and leveled out the area before installing the CleanSpace Liner on the ground. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona and a SmartSump Sump Pump System. Kelvin is thrilled with how the crawl space of his home look after Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair installed the CleanSpace System in the crawl space of his home.

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair replaced an old crawl space door after encapsulating a crawl space with a Turtl Crawl Space Entry System. The benefits of installing the Turtl Access system is that it protects the crawl space from unwanted moisture and pest, keeps out rain and debris, it is immune to mold and moisture damage and that it is maintenance-free.
