Cliff contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because the crawl space of his home had standing water after having another company install just a sump pump. We where able to help Cliff by sealing off the crawl space with the CleanSpace Encapsulation System and installing a SaniDry CX Dehumidifier and a SmartSump Sump Pump System. Cliff wishes he would of called  Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair the first time to do the job right.

Grant contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair due to a high moisture problems for a few years. After trying several times to remedy the problem and never could find a solution. After having to replace floor joist and insulation due to moisture damage.

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin Edwards met with Grant to go over the issue to find the best solution to fix the best solution. 

Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation. By sealing off the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation, we are able to seal off the crawl space with the 20 mil thick, 7- layer polyethylene liner.

Greg and Heather contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after several years of moisture issues that caused the couple to replace the insulation along with fixing rotting floor joist. They were fed up with the problems that the moisture was doing to their home.

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin Edwards met with Greg and Heather to go over the best solution to fix the moisture issue. Justin found that even though the crawl space had a vapor barrier it was not sufficient to keeping moisture from entering the crawl space and home. 

Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to seal the crawl space from the earth's ground which is the most common entrance of moisture into the home.

Doucette contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with concerns about how she can make the floors in her home less cold in New Bern, NC.

 Andy one of our design specialist was scheduled to go inspect her crawl space.. Upon the inspection, Andy met with Doucette to go over what he found and the best solution to help with her home repair needs. Andy suggested that having her crawl space Encapsulated with the Clean Space  Encapsulation System would help control moisture and to warm the floors of her home by controlling the flow of the air intake in her crawl space. Meaning by encapsulating the crawl space you keep the warm air in in the winter and cold air in the summer which helps with how the floors will feel in her home.

Andy, one of our design specialists went out and inspected the home. After the inspection, Andy proposed that having the crawlspace encapsulated would help control the moisture.

Our crew led by Kevin H., started by removing the insulation and debris. Next they sealed the vents and installed 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, SilverGlo Insulation, Wrap Piers, SandiDry Sedona Dehumidifier, Smart Sump Pump, Discharge Line, and LawnScape Outlet.
