Greg contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair through the national Porch website concerned about having a damp crawl space that had caused the old insulation to fall and wanted to seal the crawl space off with a new vapor barrier system.

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Ben Daniels met with Greg to go over the crawl space to find this issue for the damp crawl space.

Lori contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair looking to have her sagging floors repaired and her crawl space cleaned up. Our owner Chris Hunter met with Lori and her husband to go over the cleaning up of her crawl space and the best solution to fix her sagging floors. Two of our best crews led by Anthony Futurell and Ricky Warren placed SmartJacks in the home to fix the sagging floors and did a CleanSpace Encapsulation cleaning up the old HVAC ducts and installing our 10 mil liner, SilverGlo, a SmartSump and a SaniDry CX. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Andy Pittman met with Adrian to go over the crawl space and find the best solution to fix the home. 

Andy found that the best solution would be to install the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to seal out the moisture from entering the crawl space from around the foundation walls and from the earth's ground.
