Our team installed the WaterGuard drainage system in the customer's basement by first excavating a trench along the perimeter of the basement floor. We then installed the WaterGuard system, which is a sub-floor drainage channel, ensuring it was properly connected to a sump pump. This system effectively captures any water seepage and directs it away from the basement, preventing future water intrusion and protecting the customer's personal belongings from further damage.

We installed our SmartSump Pump in the customer's crawl space after discovering a water issue to prevent water damage and maintain a dry, healthy environment. The SmartSump Pump is a specialized system designed to detect and remove water accumulation, protecting the home from potential flooding and moisture-related problems. Its functions include automatic water detection, efficient water removal, and alerting the homeowner to any issues, ensuring a reliable and effective solution for managing excess water in the crawl space.

Kyle contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because he was in the process of finishing his basement, but when ever it rained the basement would flood. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Graham Moore met with Kyle to go over the best solution to keep the water out of the basement of the home. Our crew lead by Cornelius Lamb installed our WaterGuard System, a SuperSump with a Battery Back-up and a SaniDry CX to keep the basement nice and dry. Kyle is thrilled to have the basement fixed so that he can finish his plans of finishing the basement.

Water is diverted away from the foundation using a downspout and LawnScape Outlet by directing rainwater from the roof through the downspout, which then channels it to the LawnScape Outlet. The LawnScape Outlet, typically placed at the end of the downspout, allows water to flow away from the foundation, preventing water accumulation and potential damage.

We installed our SilverGlo thermal insulation in the customer's crawl space to improve energy efficiency and comfort. SilverGlo is a high-performance insulation material that helps to regulate temperature, reduce moisture, and prevent air leakage, creating a more stable and comfortable environment in the home.
