A Wade, NC resident reached out to our office concerned about their foundation. After inspecting the property, we found that the foundation was sinking, which had caused noticeable cracks on the exterior. To address the issue, we installed our helical pier system. This solution works by driving steel piers deep into stable soil layers and securing them to the foundation, effectively lifting and stabilizing it to prevent further sinking and repair the damage.

As a result of moisture damage in the crawl space, the floor above was sagging. We installed our SmartJack Support System to lift the sagging floors back to their original level position.

Helical piers were installed deep into the ground until they reached stable soil. The helical plates on the piers act like screws, providing stability and support to the foundation. This helps to transfer the weight of the structure to the stable soil, preventing further settlement.
