The floor joists in the crawl space of this home were deteriorating due to old termite damage. We installed SmartJack Support Posts to ensure the structure is safe and stable. 

Using our SmartJack System, we successfully leveled this customers sagging crawl space floor. 

A homeowner in Williamston, NC, contacted our office concerned about a sagging floor issue that was progressively worsening. After inspecting the crawl space, we discovered that moisture had caused structural damage to the beams, weakening the support system and leading to the floors sagging.

To address the problem, we installed our SmartJack Support System. This system uses adjustable steel posts to stabilize and lift the sagging floors, providing long-term support and preventing further structural damage. The SmartJack system effectively reinforced the weakened beams, restoring the home’s structural integrity and giving the homeowner peace of mind.

To stabilize and lift the foundation back to its original position, helical piers were installed. Helical piers can also be used to close cracks caused by settlement, as well as to improve door and window operation.

One homeowner in Chocowinity, NC was concerned about their foundation sinking after noticing their floors sagging and exterior cracks.
