Kim contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because the first floor of her home had a musky smell that she believed was coming from the crawl space of her home in Lumberton, NC. Southeast Foundation's inspector RJ Bailey met with Kim to go over the crawl space of her home. RJ found that the crawl space had mold growth due to high humidity and suggested encapsulating the home with the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Todd, to go out and inspect the home. Upon the inspection, Todd met with Donnie to go over what he proposed would be the best solution for his home.  This customer lives close by the river and it floods the crawlspace. 

Our crew led by Austin H., installed 10 Mil and 20Mil Liner, Wrap Piers, EZ Flow, Smart Sump Pump, Discharge Line, and LawnScape Outlet. This will help keep the crawlspace dry.
