Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to renew this nasty dingy crawl space in Clayton, NC. Homeowner Danny contacted us because  he had heard about crawl space encapsulations from a friend who had recentlly had his done. Danny had a high moisture level even though he had not started to experiencing the classic signs of moisture damage. We where able to transform the crawl space with our 10 mil liner, a SmartSump and a SaniDry CX Dehumidifer. This crawl space now has a renews sense of purpose.

Larry contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawlspace Repair with interest in having a moisture barrier installed to improve the environment of his home in Clayton, NC.

One of our design specialists Larry, went out and inspected the crawlspace. After the inspection Larry proposed a partial encapsulation.

Our crew led by EJ, first sealed the vents, next they installed the 20mil Cleanspace liner. Lastly, they installed the Sanidry Sedona and Condensate Pump.

Cleanspace drainage matting and vapor barrier were installed in the customer's crawl space to manage moisture, prevent mold, and improve air quality. The matting allows water to flow to a drainage system, while the vapor barrier blocks ground moisture, protecting the space from humidity and damage.

One of our design specialists, Justin E., inspected the home. After the inspection, Justin proposed that having Smart Jacks installed to help with the floors in the home.

Our crew led by Austin H., installed the Smart Jack System to help stabilize the floors in the 1917 old Farmhouse.
