Ricky contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned with hanging insulation in the crawl space of his home in Kenly, NC. Over the years he had noticed that the insulation had started to fall, he had also noticed that anytime he went under the home the ground always seemed damp. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair owner Christopher Reeves met with Ricky to go over the crawl space to find the best solution for his problems. Our crew removed the old hanging insulation and sealed the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation. Ricky's problems where coming from the earth's ground and by installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System, we are able to seal the crawl space from the moisture issues that caused the problem of the hanging insulation. Cleanspace Vapor Barrier system installed for home owner in Sunset Beach, NC. 

Cheryl contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because the floors of her home had started to sag. As an older home built in the 1970's, the home had never had a vapor barrier installed, which caused the wood in the crawl space to become soft and start to sag. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System to seal off the crawl space, along with the Sedona Dehumidifier to get rid of any water in the crawl space. We also installed the Smart Jack System to raise the floors back level in the home. Cheryl is happy that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair was able to help her save the crawl space of her home.

This customer had the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System installed at his Sunset Beach, NC home. During the install process, the crew installed a custom PVC Custom Crawl Space Door. By installing the Custom Crawl Space Door that was built in house by Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair, we are able to make the door to the correct size for the entrance. Along with it being a custom fitted door, the PVC will not degrade over time like the wood counterpart.
