CleanSpace vapor was installed throughout the crawl space floor to prevent moisture from seeping through. 

Old crawl space doors can lead to many problems for your home. Along with being an eyesore, they also allow pests such as termites, ants, and mice into your home. A clean, airtight seal is created with the EverLast Crawl Space Door to prevent those problems from occurring. 

Bill contacted Southeast Foundation looking to have the crawl space of his business encapsulated after have new floors installed. We did a full encapsulation using our 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, SmartSump and a SaniDry CX. Bill is happy with the out come of the crawl space and happy that he went with Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair.

Dave contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because of standing water on top of his vapor barrier in Atkinson, NC. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to help Dave by getting rid of the vapor barrier system and replacing it with the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System we were able to seal off the crawl space from water vapor, install a dehumidifier to dry out the air and a sump pump to get rid of the water in the crawl space.

This customers crawl space door was getting old and dingy. This customer opted to for Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair to come in and install at Turtl as a new access point into her crawl space. Doesn't it just look amazing!
