Shanley contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about a musty smell that she was having in her home in Carthage, NC.

SEFR scheduled one of our design specialist,  Mr. Todd to go out and do an inspection of the Crawl Space. Upon Todd's inspection  he found that she had a moisture issue and that is what was causing the musty smell in her home. After speaking with Shanley showing her the condition of her crawl space, Todd proposed a partial encapsulation to help with her home repair needs.

This crawl space in Whispering Pines, NC had problems with moisture and condensation from the HVAC system. Our crew encapsulated the crawlspace making the crawlspace more like the rest of the home eliminating the condensation.

Caroline contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair on behalf of her church. The church had been built in the 1960's and had a basement that they want to utilize. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Graham Moore met with Caroline to go over the basement of the church. Graham found that the basement had water that entered the crawl space from the walls and that the best solution would be to install the WaterGuard System. Caroline and the Church are thankful for the work done by Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair for their hard work in fixing the basement of the church.

Harold contacted Southeast after doing research online about the best solution to fix the mold and moisture in the crawl space of his home. The mold smell to Harold and his wife was over powering and causing health issues that they wanted fixed. Graham Moore met with Harold to go over the best solution to get rid of the mold and to combat the moisture issue that had pledged the home. The Southeast crew led by Ricky Warren installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System which dried our the saturated wood and sprayed our Mold-X mold remover to get rid of the mold under the home. Harold and his wife are happy to know that their home and healthy and free of moisture and mold once again thanks to Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair.

Doug contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about moisture issues and mold in the crawl space of his home in Sanford, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Derek met with Doug to go over the crawl space and find the best solution for his issues. 

Derek found that the best solution would to be to seal off the crawl space penetrating the crawl space from the earth's ground with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. With the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System, Southeast Foundation can protect the crawl space from water vapor.
