The crawl space in this home smelled bad, was at risk for infectious mold, and was a completely unusable space. We cleaned it up and encapsulated it with a vapor barrier as well as installed a Sani-Dry dehumidifier. Over the years, intruding water had left a musty smell, allowed mold to grow, and made this basement’s space useless. We installed a TripleSafe sump pump, WaterGuard perimeter drain, a SaniDry dehumidifying system, and a French drain for the discharge that waterproofs the basement and increases the air quality.
