Before waterproofing, the basement suffered from significant water intrusion, causing dampness and potential damage to stored items and the foundation. After our team intervened, we installed the WaterGuard interior drainage system, a TripleSafe sump pump, and a CleanSpace vapor barrier, effectively preventing water intrusion and ensuring a dry, protected basement environment.

The TripleSafe Sump Pump system will protect the customer's basement by providing a reliable and efficient solution for managing groundwater seepage. This system features three pumps: a primary pump for normal conditions, a secondary pump for heavy water flow or primary pump failure, and a battery-backup pump for power outages. Together, these pumps ensure continuous operation and prevent basement flooding. The system also includes an airtight lid to keep moisture and odors contained, and an alarm to alert the homeowner of any issues. This comprehensive approach guarantees a dry and secure basement, protecting the customer's stored items from water damage and mildew.
