This basement was damaged from water that was getting inside via cracks in the bowing foundation walls. Our crew permanently stabilized these walls with the PowerBrace wall system. These zinc-plated steel beams are secured tight against your basement wall with brackets anchored to floor joists. It is a non-invasive and immediate way to stabilize foundation walls and even straighten them back to their original position. 

The floor of this home started to sag and sink. The support beams in the crawl space had to be supported. We replaced the existing, failing supports with our SmartJAcks and steel beam solution to keep the floor stabilized permanently.

To restore this homes settling foundation, our team installed our Foundation Helical Pier System. The piers are driven deep into the ground and attached to the footing of the home. Once lift and stabilization is achieved, the pier location is filled with soil.
