This Elm City home was showing serious signs of foundation settlement most notably stair-step cracks across the brick wall and visible separation between the structure and the soil. Upon inspection, we found unstable soil conditions and pooling water around the footing, which had contributed to the shifting and settling over time.

To solve the issue, our crew installed helical piers, anchoring the foundation deep into stable, load-bearing soil. This method not only stopped further movement but provided an opportunity to lift and stabilize the affected section of the home.

Now, the area has been fully restored. The cracks are no longer worsening, the soil has been regraded and straw-covered, and the home’s structural integrity is secure. From visible distress to lasting peace of mind this transformation is exactly what foundation support should look like.

These porch steps started to sag and sink away from the rest of the porch. We pumped our PolyLevel foam underneath it to provide a slight lift back into place and to stabilize it from future sinking.

The shifting that the concrete slabs in the driveway had done created a lot of tension on them. This pressure released by cracking the concrete in several places. We sealed these cracks together with NexusPro which also waterproofed the break.
