This wet and musty crawl space got a brand new look and feel after our crew installed our CleanSpace encapsulation system. Made from 20mil thick, 7-layer polyethylene composition with polyester cord reinforcement, CleanSpace is the strongest vapor barrier on the market. It is specially designed to seal, cover, and protect the crawl space from moisture, humidity, and even winter drafts.

This basement was humid, musty, and had signs of water damage along the walls and on the floor. Here, you can see clear sings of pooling in this low foundational corner. Our expert crew installed a TripleSafe sump system to prevent any flooding along this basement floor again. Its three-pump design features a battery-powered pump to prevent flooding even during a power outage. No more wet basement floors here!

This formerly damp and water damaged basement is now bright and dry after our expert crew worked some waterproofing magic. They installed our interior subfloor drainage system, WaterGuard, to capture water at its entry point - before it ever has the chance to reach the basement floors. This drainage system then directs any collected water to our TripleSafe sump pump for safe and effective removal. No more wet basement floors here!

During this new construction project in Pilot Mountain, the crawl space was left with exposed soil and no protection against future moisture problems. Without a barrier, the home could face symptoms like damp air, musty odors, mold growth, and wood rot as moisture naturally seeps in from the ground.

To prevent these issues, our team installed a durable crawl space barrier system along with a high-performance dehumidifier. The barrier seals the crawl space from outside air and ground moisture, while the dehumidifier maintains dry, healthy conditions year-round. Together, these solutions protect the home’s foundation, improve air quality, and provide long-lasting peace of mind for the homeowners.
