This wet and dirty basement had struggled with flooding for many years, creating a humid and musty environment. We installed an UltraSump pump system with battery backup to prevent flooding - even in the case of a power outage. We sealed the walls with our ultra-durable CleanSpace wall system to cover and protect them from moisture and humidity.  Lastly, our interior subfloor drainage system, WaterGuard, was installed along the perimeter to capture water at its entry point - before it ever has the chance to reach the basement floors! Water doesn't stand a chance against this basement now.

This homeowner made his tall crawl space into a storage area and functional part of the home. Moisture was starting to ruin this set up, so we waterproofed and encapsulated the entire area. We sealed it off from outside factors and dehumidified the air to keep it clean and dry.
