This dirty and damp crawl space was in need of serious help. Our expert crew cleaned up all the debris and encapsulated the area with our CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system - providing a brighter, drier, and healthier crawl space throughout. 

Moisture was getting in through the ground and the walls which was raising the humidity inside this home. We sealed and blocked out this moisture issue with our vapor barrier and wall insulation that decreased the humidity.

This crawl space was littered with fallen fiberglass insulation. Fiberglass is often misused and is susceptible to water and mold growth - issues that no homeowner wants to deal with. Our crew cleaned out this crawl space by removing and disposing of all the fiberglass insulation, and replacing it with our graphite-impregnated SilverGlo insulation , complete with a built-in radiant heat barrier surface.

Here, our crew installed buried downspouts to divert water away from the home's foundation. Attached at the end is our LawnScape outlet. This grated outlet system  is specially designed to blend in with your lawn and landscaping, deter leaves, animals. and debris, and it can withstand normal wear and tear - including the weight of a lawn tractor passing over it.
