This crawl space had issues with mold, moisture, humidity, and energy efficiency. Our crew installed our patented SilverGlo insulation boards along the walls of the area to provide an unbroken sheet of R-11 insulation. These foam panels are made with inorganic materials that will not absorb moisture or support mold growth. 

The CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System creates a durable, airtight seal over the crawl space floor and walls, preventing moisture from seeping in. This stops water vapor from rising into the crawl space, keeping it dry and reducing the risk of mold, mildew, and wood rot. To drain water from underneath the CleanSpace liner to the sump pump and drain system, we installed our CleanSpace Drainage Matting. The matting will prevent water from pooling with nowhere to drain to.
