This open and exposed crawl space was having moisture issues. We managed to mitigate these moisture problems and, to secure the air inside the crawl space, we sealed it with our patented everlast door.

CleanSpace Drainage Matting was installed on the crawl space floor to prevent water from pooling and flooding the space. Instead, a pathway is created for the water to drain to the sump system for removal. 

At this home in Durham, NC, the crawl space was in rough condition torn insulation, exposed earth, and high humidity created an unhealthy and inefficient environment beneath the home. Left untreated, this kind of moisture buildup can lead to mold growth, musty odors, and even structural damage.

The crawl space under this home had been protected with the bare minimum vapor barrier. It quickly pulled away and was letting water and moisture in.
